I loved the decor and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. the breakfast vouchers were a lovely touch.. the fresh orange juice was amazing. the staff were all smiles, so friendly and helpful, and always ready to assist with anything i needed. i especially appreciated the location. It made getting around so easy.
the minibar in my room was completely full, so i had no space to store my own drinks.

the cafe offers fresh orange juice and made-to-order egg sandwiches between 7 am and 11 am; breakfast vouchers are available. the tusk bar and restaurant has a hostess that provides silverware for guests.

The location was really close to many attractions. I could easily walk to the Empire State Building and Madison Square Garden. The free breakfast was a good perk. Staff were kind and helpful. I had fresh water daily.
The bathroom sink was a bit small for my toiletry bag. Still manageable though.

the staff was very accomodating, and they even gave complimentary water bottles when i asked. the hotel cafe had great breakfast and it was fast, which i needed. the art deco decor was lovely all over.
the room i got was REALLY small, it was not what i saw in the pictures. the bathroom water did not look clear, i think it was a WHITE color.
